A 5 axis servo driven gantry grips a part from the previous machine and loads it into a processing vessel which is RFID tracked thru the following processes.
This prototype servo machine was developed to spray a very viscous coating on a part. We developed our own proprietary servo driven pump to deliver the material to the spray gun.
Multiple sets of these machines have been built to uncoil a composite material to a specific length and process the leading & trailing edges.
We designed these small units to mount inside a paper processing machine to decurl the paper as it passes thru.
These dirty, worn out hydraulic presses were transformed into clean, fast servo presses.
We replaced a troublesome gas/air mixing system with our own reliable burners designed to significantly raise the dyne level of the composite material running beneath.
This inline rollformer was almost impossible to adjust as everything was manual. We completely rebuilt it with accurate servo control.
This panel replaced a 40+ year old control system making this machine easy to operate, as well as increasing reliability.
This customer needed to install 9 large vacuum pumps in a small area. Each one pulls out on slides for easy maintenance.
This small machine does multiple vision inspections on interior automotive components.
Mid way thru fabricating this production line that feeds parts on our custom designed vacuum belt system.
